Investment-related activities are conducted only through the relevant entity and only where legally allowed.
Eligible investor
An eligible investor is a person or entity who may lawfully access UEB3 investment opportunities under the laws of their jurisdiction, satisfies applicable investor classification requirements, passes KYC/AML and source-of-funds checks, is not located in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction, and is approved by UEB3 during onboarding. Depending on jurisdiction, this may include professional, accredited, qualified, sophisticated, high-net-worth, institutional, or other permitted investor categories.
