UEB3 provides private digital asset portfolio management, allocation, and related investment solutions for eligible clients.

5. Investment Allocation & Use of Funds

Client capital may be allocated across diversified digital asset strategies, including but not limited to:

  • Futures trading and derivatives strategies;
  • Staking of digital assets;
  • Spot trading of cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based assets;
  • Participation in decentralized finance (“DeFi”) protocols; and
  • Investments in early-stage blockchain, infrastructure, and technology projects.

All allocations and investment decisions are managed at the sole discretion of UEB3 in accordance with the applicable Client Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UEB3 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from:

  • Use of or inability to access the Site;
  • Technical interruptions, delays, or system failures;
  • Market volatility or adverse market conditions;
  • Reliance on information or materials published on the Site; or
  • Actions taken by third-party service providers, exchanges, protocols, or custodians.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
